Sasuke's technique is way more impressive (like in his fight against Gaara or his 2 fights VS Naruto in part 1) and he is the better H2H fighter imo because if he wouldn't be, Naruto wouldn't have to use SC's. Sasuke is a way better martial artist.

@Bold - You are forgetting he had 3T on. That is not base Sasuke.

I just said Naruto = Sasuke in CQC restricted clones and Sharingan from both (including their forms outside of base)

Pretty much showcased all throughout VOTE2 during the time both of them were at base.
