Historical where, in Naruto or in history? The most historical moments are made with hand to hand combat in my opinion. Thoughts?
Relax there man, when i say the most historical moments, im talking about "memorable" anime moments. This dates back to dragon ball z days, yuyu hakusho, etc. When two individuals with weapons are forced t oditch the weapon, and approach each other to beat the shit out of each other. Clearly shows the determination to annihilate each other. Seeing as they're willing to go through such great lengths, to not only damage their body, but use that damaged body to damage their opponents.Historical where, in Naruto or in history?
Most if not all historical events, I´m guessing you mean the war kind have been defined by technology. The colonies , Industrial Revolution (Amerfican imperialism,Japanese..Caucasian War,Prussian War,WWI,WWII,etc),sakes, i´m a fist fight fan but it´s been a long time since the trend´s gone
In Naruto, not really, Hashirama and Madara, actually Madara, just kept escalating the range of jutsus and their complexity, but it stopped being a tai fight since they stopped meeting each other as they developed independently.
Part 1 for eg. Kimimaru wasn´t really a pure taijutsu fighter, neither Gaara due to his Earth based ninjutsu.
Maybe the Sanins saga is the Zenith of what you refer to, and totally agree. it´s fun as hell reading and watching
My favorite was Lee vs Gara, especially that moment he opens al lthe gates, his body in pain but all he cared about was not making him self look bad, he had a goal, he couldnt reach it, but he displayed such courage and strength. The most entertaining to me was a good mix of the two like kakashi vs zabuza. Sasuke vs oro in the chuunin exams. And best of all Hiruzen vs oro. In a full on ninjustsu battle or a full on taijutsu bettle though i definitely find taijutsu more interesting at least as far as part 2 is concerned. Part 1 back when ninjutsu wasnt outta hand it was ok.
Yeah bro, i respect kishi alot for paying homage to people that set bars for stuff like that.Oh okey. I get what you mean, Kishi´s drawing style might not be the most precise but injects an aura of mysticism into action scenes, though there are many blurry-dark panels too. that´s one of the reasons I´ve enjoyed Naruto so much, the plot plus those flamboyant characters reaping each other.
Nice Goku pic
I think the character landed the best up to to Kishi´s expectations is Lee, he really does seem like a manga-upped Bruce Lee plus having Gai performing as he did against Madara makes up to his story-told effort. It states properly an individual effort put into service into community and was very well drawn. It reminded me of Gant or Gaunt?
