Alright, Taijutsu... this is a skill that requires the utmost precision with your descriptions. You need to account for the positioning of each of your limbs, your stance, the direction you are facing, what your eyes are watching of your opponent etc...
So before we begin, go do a lengthy warm-up. Run around the field for five minutes and then do some mild stretches of your legs, arms, back, abdomen. neck and anywhere else you may feel the need to stretch out. While you do this, explain to me the reason why warming up is necessary?
