Alright, so where are we starting? Btw, you're talking regular taijutsu, right? Not Kaito's stuff? Cause I haven't even learned that myself, and wouldn't be allowed to teach it even if I had lol.

Well, what exactly is taijutsu? Pretty simple answer, though I've found that a few people are unable of explaining it lol. Just tell me what it is.

Taijutsu is simply the use of hand to hand combat between shinobi. It can be as simple as a punch or kick, or it can be as complicated as using techniques such as the 8 gates where the user enhances their body through the release of immense amounts of chakra to gain huge increases in speed and strength. Physical combat can also be enhanced through the use of elemental chakra such as Raiton such as the Raikage's lightning armor.

Alright, so, let's start with an exercise.

*hands you two extremely heavy weights to be wrapped around your legs, and two more similar ones to be wrapped around your arms*

Put these on, and kick me.

I get in a balanced stance with my left leg forward. I twist my hips to the left and swing my right leg at your left thigh.

*stands in front of you with my arms crossed, watching as your leg lifts up from the ground and almost immediately falls down, pulling you forward and bringing you down as well*

:| Clearly you need to get used to the weights. If you can get through the whole training with the weights on, then battling without them will be a breeze. *blows a random whistle* 500 laps around the Leaf Village. NOW!!!

If not, then we can start. Not much pre-jutsu stuff to do with taijutsu, except for random kicking exercises which is pretty pointless in my opinion. :| And since I made you wait for two days. :p
