"I have the same feelings about (Kōsa Hō) – Intersection method, as I did about the last technique Sensei. I think that I can use this technique without actually posting it with free form description, but like you said at the very beginning, this technique (Kōsa Hō) – Intersection method does 40 damage and says it is even able to shatter through bones. So if I have to deal with a technique that I need to use a technique against without breaking the rules, then I can use (Kōsa Hō) – Intersection method to shatter something like rocks or earth techniques. But if it is just Taijutsu, I can do this with just description."

Yeah, you can definitely use it against certain earth techniques. But keep in mind your body needs to be able to physically perform the motion in order for this to work. You cannot use Intersection Method on a boulder, but you could on a pillar or something.

Anyway, skip Lightning Bolter. Though it is a combination, it is not worth it's own explanation.

"(Hien) - Flying Swallow is a good technique I think because it gives the ability to cut through rock and even iron that are C-rank or below. It is a good Taijutsu to use against some earth techniques and even some weapons that are made of iron or even some Steel element techniques. It is good to use when you need to defend against a technique by using another technique so that you don't break the rules. (Hien) - Flying Swallow involves turning kunai or blades into weapons so it is one of the few techniques that you can't recreate fully using free form, and even if you could, you can't use it to cut rock or iron that the opponent used because without blocking a technique with a technique breaks the rules."

Okay, Leaf Dragon God is the most useful technique so I won't be following the same principles, I'm going to actually explain this one. If you have any questions, you can ask. This technique is very simple. It is started with a upward sky kick. That is one of the motions that I have detailed in my post, but it does not stop right there, it does something really great. When you kick up at the sky, it wraps your body around in a vortex that is generated solely from the power of the kick. The vortex from the kick is A-rank and is neutral to all the elements meaning it can be used to defend against A-rank elemental techniques. It is really useful as you don't need to worry about a specific technique to defend against A-rank techniques. But remember you need to be able to generate the force to kick upward so you need to have some base on the ground. You can't use it in mid-air. After you kick, a vortex surrounds your body and protects you from all angles except from below. This is an extremely useful technique.
