Possibly. I wouldn't doubt that he did clone-swap before Tsunade approached him due to the fact that he can react to V2 Raikage point-blank.

concerning the first one, he could have used soosano which doesnt require any physical movement even if its ribcage, i just feel he didnt bother

and how is the last one legit? he was reacting to gai easily, otherwise he wouldnt have even got the chance to move back
