I will go with the rising knee to crumbling palm for maximum fluidity.
I rush into my opponent and when I get close I lean back slightly while thrusting my right knee into his upper gut. This motion lifts them slightly into the air and backwards a little due to the angle I hit them at. Once my opponent is lifted slightly in the air, I deliver a powerful strike with my left palm. It connects with the area right in between their pectoral muscles, delivering massive damage and sending them backwards.
