As Tokugawa sees a strange man, his outer appearance makes it obvious to who he is.
Tokugawa: Ah, a bull cut, bushy eyebrows, and the infamous green jumpsuit. Might Gai of Konoha, I presume? It will be an honor to battle you.
(Talking has no effect on our battle, just for RP purposes)
When Tokugawa sees Gai, he runs toward to the right of you at an angle. As he begins his run, he removes two kunai attached to each other by wires, and throws them at Gai's neck. Due to the weight and length of the cord, it wraps around your neck, choking you severely.
He reaches the wall of the dojo the same time the kunai begin to choke you. Tokugawa jumps onto the wall, and explodes off, making a jumping kick into your left side. He leads with his right foot. Unknowingly to you, as he hits the wall, he unlatches a small blade, that protrudes from the toe on his left foot.

Gai pulls out his iron nunchaku as his opponent takes out two kunai attached with wire and then starts to twirl them around as the kunai are launched. Gai runs towards his enemy at blazing speeds towards the incoming kunai and deflects the kunai with his nunchaku off to his left and tucks it under his right underarm and the left hand holding onto the other side as his opponent leaps off the wall. As he draws near, Gai using his blinding speed disappears from sight drawing near to the opponents outward leg from an angle and horizontally extends his iron nunchaku outwards bashing his opponents right knee and then using his right hand punches him into the ground. Gai then jumps back and poses..
