They both have great taijutsu abilities and I say are roughly even. Both styles are also unorthodox as they involve unique ways of fighting the opponent in CQC.
Despite what people my say, jyuuken can pass through bones to affect the organs underneath. They are simply organic materials and the jyuuken is all about surgically injecting chakra into the opponents organs to do internal damage. It has never been said that bones are chakra resistant, otherwise the only thing a person would need to do is hold their arms in front of themselves to block any jyuuken attacks. That is why they say the only way to stop a jyuuken attack is to keep any hits from connecting with the body.
Anyways, they are both equal in speed and both have good defenses, though I consider Nejis rotation to be significantly stronger than Kimmis bones. They can both use long range attacks and have powerful taijutsu techniques like 64 palms and kimmis bone dances.
