he dispatched three uchiha clans men in the blink of an eye, even with sasuke training with oro itachi even when sick was dominating sasuke in taijutsu, itachi was beating the shit out of kurenai as well

Still think SM takes it. Not that Itachi is bad at fighting. Just SM gives a lot of advantages. If it was Naruto vs. Itachi in a taijutsu match, then I'd give it to Itachi.

Even if he knows about ghost punch there's nothing he can do and Naruto can shatter kunai and shuriken with his skin, he's a sensor so no suprise attack and he's faster in SM

Anyway if you mean no genjutsu and ninjutsu are allowed then naruto in sage mode should win because of his strength
