Tsunade cannot keep up her evasive skills against a 64 palm that can easily strike all in a seconds plus she cannot escaped once you're in the field trigram it's over. Inner body is 2x more damage than outer body. The Gentle Fist has no counter other than out-skilling the Jyuken wielder. It isn't possible to defend against, as Kakashi explains it has no effect on the outter body, but rather only the inner body, hence you can't counter it, as you obviously can't train your inner body.
No matter how strong your body is, you can't train your organ. Tsunade cannot reproduce her organ because the gentlefist blocks her chakra point, and even she release her Yin seal, it's pointless when she gonna get struck again by the gentlefist and I'm saying it because she cannot mess with the Hyuga, they are much superior than Tsuande.

The Hyuga definitely grant their massive perceptive capability, since unlike Sakura/Tsunade who isn't a sensory type , the Bykaugan grants pure 360 degrees of focus, Neji doesn't even have to move his eyes to see where you are going, hence it is literally impossible to escape the line of vision/be too fast. Tsunade is far too slow so she gets wrecked easily.

If even Sakura or Tsuande manage to bypass the vision and about to land a hit, the Hyuga can easily counter with rotation. The Hyuga purposely allows the opponent to make contact with expelled chakra, her hand gets stopped similarly to how Naruto's was here.

Don't even bother arguing that her punch can bypass the rotation when it was clearly stated that Rotation surpassed Gaara defence which was proven that it was able to block giant juubi hand so easily and not only puts up a pure chakra field around the user, but also spins and therefor nullifies most of the energy by dispersion. This makes a Hyuga nigh unstoppable in CQC no matter how many clones are present, Hyuga's are pretty much the perfect CQC fighters.
