*I move on to the next practice dummy. Once there I run towards it, jumping upwards while, performing a front flip once I was in the air. I then, clench my right hand and punch the dummies head once going downward.This causes my back to turn towards the left and slightly forward. I then, spin in reverse while, raising my right leg and swinging have the back of my heel make contact with the right side of the dummies face. I follow up, by raising my left hand while, clenched in the form of fist and punch forward into the dummies face causing, my body lean forward as I strike but, I don't stop there. I perform a three hit-punch combo into where the targets stomach would be, using my left, then right and then left. I finish it up by punching the dummies chest with my right hand to force him back in order to create some space between us. I continue my assault by delivering a swift upper kick where the targets chin would be and launching them high into the air, leaving the dummy vulnerable while in the air. I jump upward and swiftly appear behind the dummy matching the same position/form that his body is in and as the dummy and myself begin to descend, I grab the dummy with both hands , my left on his right arm and my right on his right leg, to force him upside down and locking onto his waist using both my legs in the form of a scissor as well as wrapping both of my arms around his stomach so, he wouldn't escape. I proceed to drive his head into the ground. Once upon impact, the dummies head cracks and begins to shatter.*
