After hearing the instructions from sensei, I begin to run around Kirigakure. I start at a quick pace making good time around the village for the first set of laps. The next set of laps were significantly slower but I try my best to keep at a steady pace. As I continue to run around the village my legs go into a sort of auto pilot mode, and my breathing becomes very heavy. I can feel my lungs expanding and contracting whenever i breathe and the back of my throat starts to burn a little. On the last set of laps before reaching 100, in my opinion, can either be the hardest or the easiest pertaining to any workout that requires sets. Focusing on the finish rather than the strain my body is under, I push myself to continue to run. I try to rid all thoughts of how heavy my legs feel and just push all i have left to finish the 100 laps.
Returning to the training grounds, I take a rest before starting a bout with the clone. After bowing to the clone, I start by running towards him and attempting to land a superman punch. Jumping form the ground off of my left foot, I launch myself forward with my right fist extending out connecting with the clones face with my left hand still in my guard. When my feet come back to the ground, I do not stop the onslaught. After bringing my extended right arm back into my guard, I send a front kick with my right leg into the sternum on the clone making it lose its breath and fall to the ground. After planting my feet back on the ground, I launch myself on top of the clone swiping my right elbow towards his face. The swiping motion and the momentum of me jumping on top of him work together to greater the impact of my elbow strike. With the clone most likely dazed from the series of events, I mount on top of the clone, sending a mix up of punches and elbow strikes using both of my limbs until the clone poofs away.
Alright that's a very good start! But remember for future purposes, you don't want to explain a set of moves. You explain one move usually.
I start by running towards him and attempting to land a superman punch. Jumping form the ground off of my left foot, I launch myself forward with my right fist extending out connecting with the clones face with my left hand still in my guard. When my feet come back to the ground,
You might want to stop here. Because what happens is that your opponent will reach to this and the rest of your moves will change accordingly. What I do is I explain how my body is placed. Another point I'd like to make is never leave the ground. The ground is your balance. If you're in the air, the opponent can pretty quickly turn the tables around and side-step slam you into the ground. If you're on the ground, you have a sense of balance and you can pull back or counterattack.
You will always have a defensive and right after and offensive move = counterattack. If you come towards me flying with your right fist out, this is my response:
As I see you flying towards me with your right fist extended towards my face, I use my right leg to step aside to the right causing my body to lower away from your punch. Simultaneously, I turn my upper body to the right while crossing arms so my right palm makes a strong impact with your kidney and my left palm guards against your leg. As I made a contact with your side, I keep pushing towards the ground, eventually slamming you into it.
Alright, see how I went for an even more balanced stance? By lowering your body and having a wider stance, you increase your balance. By turning your body into the punch, you increase the strength and the reality of your move if you know what I mean. Also, you want to specify which side you're facing me with. You don't want to just straight attack me because that leaves you chest open to the opponent's reach.
You know what, you just learned these jutsus.
