House appears in a smoke cloud o-o. Tell me what you know about taijutsu and what benefits does it bring? How's it different then ninjutsu?

Taijutsu can be translated to "body technique" and this translation gives some insight into what Taijutsu is. It is a style of fighting utilizing the body and uses physical combat techniques to battle with. It is beneficial because most techniques do not require chakra, but can prove to be on equal grounds with certain ninjutsu techniques. The main differences between ninjutsu and taijutsu are: one requires chakra to preform the techniques while the other does not, and taijutsu is restricted by the users body, meaning that the range and speed of the techniques depends on the users condition ( if the user has a hurt leg, they will not be able to use certain techniques as effectively)

That's very precise. Wow. Great job pretty much summoning up things. Alright, Now I want you to run around Kiri 100 times then once you're done, come here and explain what is freeform taijutsu for me. And I'd like you to explain a scenario where you and my clone have a little taijutsu spar. Explain the placement of your body and how your body moves into the strike, whether it be with your leg or fist or shoulders or head. I want you to be precise and say "with my right arm" and etc. so I can see that you know how to freeform. The biggest problem we have is people don't know how to explain themselves. I wanna teach you how to explain your intended move if you don't know.

After hearing the instructions from sensei, I begin to run around Kirigakure. I start at a quick pace making good time around the village for the first set of laps. The next set of laps were significantly slower but I try my best to keep at a steady pace. As I continue to run around the village my legs go into a sort of auto pilot mode, and my breathing becomes very heavy. I can feel my lungs expanding and contracting whenever i breathe and the back of my throat starts to burn a little. On the last set of laps before reaching 100, in my opinion, can either be the hardest or the easiest pertaining to any workout that requires sets. Focusing on the finish rather than the strain my body is under, I push myself to continue to run. I try to rid all thoughts of how heavy my legs feel and just push all i have left to finish the 100 laps.

Returning to the training grounds, I take a rest before starting a bout with the clone. After bowing to the clone, I start by running towards him and attempting to land a superman punch. Jumping form the ground off of my left foot, I launch myself forward with my right fist extending out connecting with the clones face with my left hand still in my guard. When my feet come back to the ground, I do not stop the onslaught. After bringing my extended right arm back into my guard, I send a front kick with my right leg into the sternum on the clone making it lose its breath and fall to the ground. After planting my feet back on the ground, I launch myself on top of the clone swiping my right elbow towards his face. The swiping motion and the momentum of me jumping on top of him work together to greater the impact of my elbow strike. With the clone most likely dazed from the series of events, I mount on top of the clone, sending a mix up of punches and elbow strikes using both of my limbs until the clone poofs away.

Alright that's a very good start! But remember for future purposes, you don't want to explain a set of moves. You explain one move usually.

I start by running towards him and attempting to land a superman punch. Jumping form the ground off of my left foot, I launch myself forward with my right fist extending out connecting with the clones face with my left hand still in my guard. When my feet come back to the ground,
You might want to stop here. Because what happens is that your opponent will reach to this and the rest of your moves will change accordingly. What I do is I explain how my body is placed. Another point I'd like to make is never leave the ground. The ground is your balance. If you're in the air, the opponent can pretty quickly turn the tables around and side-step slam you into the ground. If you're on the ground, you have a sense of balance and you can pull back or counterattack.

You will always have a defensive and right after and offensive move = counterattack. If you come towards me flying with your right fist out, this is my response:

As I see you flying towards me with your right fist extended towards my face, I use my right leg to step aside to the right causing my body to lower away from your punch. Simultaneously, I turn my upper body to the right while crossing arms so my right palm makes a strong impact with your kidney and my left palm guards against your leg. As I made a contact with your side, I keep pushing towards the ground, eventually slamming you into it.

Alright, see how I went for an even more balanced stance? By lowering your body and having a wider stance, you increase your balance. By turning your body into the punch, you increase the strength and the reality of your move if you know what I mean. Also, you want to specify which side you're facing me with. You don't want to just straight attack me because that leaves you chest open to the opponent's reach.

You know what, you just learned these jutsus.

Ifeel like we should just go through the D-ranks quick because they're pretty easy.

(Dainamikku Entori) - Dynamic Entry
Rank: D
Type:Attack
Range:Short
Chakra Cost:N/A
Damage Points:20
Description:A taijutsu attack were the user does a jumping kick into the opponents face.

This is where you jump into the air and you double kick my clone in his face.

(Konoha Reppū) - Leaf Gale
Rank: D
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points:20
Description: This technique is a good example of how even simple taijutsu can become a pre-eminently destructive, lethal technique. The attack is a simple rear spinning low kick, but a strong enough user can send a large adult flying as if they weighed nothing. The goal is to throw the enemy off balance, and deal damage to the lower half of their body.

This is a simple rear spinning low kick. You'll slide underneath them while spinning, sliding your right leg clockwise and kicking them off balance.

(Konoha Senpū) - Leaf Hurricane
Rank: D
Type: Attack
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: 20
Description: A taijutsu where one launches a succession of high kicks and low kicks. Firstly, the opponent's evasion margin is restrained upon seeing the high kick, thus augmenting the chances for the low kick to hit the mark connecting to the rib cage area. So originally the high kick is little more than a feint.

This is a simple high kicks and low kicks. I mean you can read the description.

(Hirateuchi) Slap
Type: Offensive
Rank: D
Range: Short
Chakra: N/A
Damage: 20
Description: One of the simplest moves in Taijutsu, the user will simply hit the opponent with an open hand, slapping him. It can also be used for defensive purposes to slap incoming limbs or weapons.

You will slap my clone.

(Fōringu Hōyō) Falling Embrace
Rank: D
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 20
Description: The user runs at the enemy and tackles them, slamming them into the earth.

Simple tackle?

After planting both legs into the ground, I launch myself as high as I can into the air. While airborne, I extend my right leg and position my left leg, bend with my left foot almost making contact with my right thigh. Jumping through the air, I keep my body how I positioned and land a kick into the clones face.

Running toward your clone, I start to lower my body, crouching on my right leg. As I slide forward, I begin to rotate my body to the right. Before I begin rotating, I extend my left leg, keeping it relaxed. With my left leg extended and my body rotating clockwise, I aim my leg at the lower half of my opponent knocking him off balance. As i finish the 360 degree rotation I use my hand to stop my body from rotating anymore.

Running toward your clone, I jump off my right leg and jump into the air. While in the air, I send a i kick towards the upper part of the clone with my left leg. As the clone goes to block the initial kick, with my right leg, I change levels and aim at the clones rib cage.

Walking up to your clone, I slap him in the face with my right hand

I run at your clone and once i get closer, I lower my stance and ram my shoulder into the clones stomach before wrapping both my arms around it and bringing it to the ground.

Alright, C-ranks!

(Konoha Shōfū) – Leaf Rising Wind
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 30
Description: This technique uses the entire body as a spring, by amassing power through taking a posture where the back of the body falls down. With this powerful taijutsu, the user kicks just above the head. Because the power of the kick from the ground is instantly converted into a blow, the enemy hit with this attack will be launched high into the sky.

Simple. This is an upward kick with your dominant leg done through springing your body up from the ground and lifting your dominant leg up to deliver the strike. As your dominant leg is doing the upward kick, your upper body leans back and kinka doing a vertical split. Just give me your opinion on it.

(Asshō) - Pressure Palm
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 30
Description: The user strikes their opponent with a downwards thrust striking them to the floor.

Alright, this is a simple downwards thrust, striking them into the ground. Tell me in what ways can you really downthrust someone?

(Shōgekishō) - Upwards Attacking Palm
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 30
Description: The user strikes their opponent with an upwards thrust into the abdomen lifting them into the air.

Alright, a straightfoward thrust into the air lift into the air. Make a combo attack on my clone with Leaf rising wind and upwards attacking palm for me.

Leaf rising wind is a good situational attack. Changing levels from very low to raising and knocking your opponent into the air. I think its primary used in the first of a string of attacks after the opponent has been launching in the air using this technique. Also because of how the technique is described I think that if under the right circumstances it would be hard to maneuver against.

With the down ward thrust technique it can be used to quickly bring down an opponent that has been recently knocked up, or is suspended in air for a moment. Or even performing this above someones head can be useful.

Moving toward your clone, using my open palm, I thrust my right palm upwards directed at your clones abdomen. The force of the thrust is enough to send the clone into the air. Following the initial technique I use my left leg, and with making my body parallel with the ground, I kick upwards in the air creating a perfect split with my legs. My kick would further left my opponent into the air. As they make their way back down and they reach my midsection, I thrust my palm downward onto your clone, smashing them into the ground.

I can only assume that it is your favorite C rank move because it is used frequently in the Hyuga clans fighting style, Gentle Fist.

It isn't a good idea because it leaves you exposed. While your shoulder is pretty hard and could deal some good damage. You are open to many different attacks since your hands are down.

Walking toward your clone, I place my feet shoulders length apart. I then thrust my right leg upward while balancing on my left leg. As my leg continues toward your clone, I bend my leg connecting a knee strike into the stomach of the clone.
