Advantages & Disadvantages
The power of the strike is increased multiple times and we can also use are weight to guide the striking limb in a better way as a loose hand never lands a good strike so it is always better to use your body weight to gain that extra bit of momentum and to provide that extra edge to your strikes, It will sound ironical but the biggest disadvantage according to me is that if we are using are body weight to guide a certain limb of are body in a proper way we are also leaving a certain part of are body totally open for counterattack for example if we use are right leg to perform a high kick we are forced to put are entire body weight on are left leg and this results in improper balance and even the weakest of strikes can cause us to fall on the ground and thus giving our opponent ample of time to strike in a close quarter game
