Rei's Rules and Regulations
Tai, NB Tai, and Freeform Tai/Ken allowed. (Basically, anything tai/Ken related you have.)
Terrain is the Dressrossa battle arena, and a large crowd is gathered
Tobirama in signature, slightly outdated but i don't believe the updates have anything tai-related
And of course, Unofficial Spar.
Extra rule, being pushed into the water is an automatic Disqualification.

Tobirama walks towards the arena. Today was the day; he was to fight another worthy opponent for the entertainment of mere commoners. A disgraceful form of entertainment, but it worked. Hundreds and hundreds of people swarmed in the arena, throwing disturbing remarks as they gambled on whose life was taken first. Tobirama stiffly approached the center, climbing up the staircases one by one as he caught a glimpse of the enemy. As the 2nd Hokage, it was odd for him to partake in events such as this. He participated anyways, knowing it was an efficient way to make money while getting some enjoyment off of it. Now standing ten meters from the enemy, Tobirama clenched his fist as the memories of this man flooded his brain. His familiar face, and their many encounters, but this was the first time they would fight in a strictly-close combat atmosphere.
"You're the last one i epxected to take part in a degrading competition like this. Tsch. I guess its fate telling us that we need to finish our never-ending fights." Tobirama commented, as he shifted his glance on the irritated and impatient audience. "So, what are you waiting for?" He challenged, as he took an offensive stance, waiting for the enemy to get close.
