Effects:-whoever doesn't use lightning chakra , and touches the blade is shocked , and stunned for a little amount of time
-if it makes contact with another blade or sword it sends a shockwave toward the opponent

To Shread you to pieces with its slicing wind. This move is done before 'Chidori Senbon (1000 Birds Needle)'. if you continue to activate Chidori Senbon; the whirlwind only gets infused with lightning - causing a lightning tornado.

The wall of water can be up to 360? if necessary and is especially efficient at stopping Fire Release techniques though is unable to defend against elemental fusion and combination techniques such as those employed by Kakuzu

the water wall can't defend from combos ... wind + lightnign is a combo
