7G Gai is too much for Ay to handle on his own. Hachibi mode Bee can’t shoot TBB’s around, otherwise it’ll take out Ay. Meanwhile, Kakashi can take his whole head off with Kamui similar to how he did the Mazou’s limb. The Sharingan cannonically picked up on how linear V1 and V2 move, so Kamui is still an issue.

And to ensure that Kakashi doesn’t ever get blitzed out by Ay, simple Hiding Like A Mole and Clone tactics can be deployed. He’d be getting smacked around by Gai, and eventually KO’d with Hirudora anyways.

This is an unfair match up Guy and Kakashi take it low to mid difficulty at best. By war arc Kakashi's stamina/chakra, Kamui snipe/speed was at such a level that not even Obito could read it.

Madara was simply dashing backwards while deflecting Gais attacks. Not necessarily a speed feat.
