So, there was this one time on NB where I cameacross a single user who's name I had forgotten, he had an amazing gif in his sig that depicted this guys who's sking peeled away from his body as he entered some unknow form with his skin now blue, not a moment later the same figure summoned a lightning bolt from the sky which had struck his target. One day, he posted and statedthat there were alotof people asking him what anime it was and eventually he said the name, (which I have also forgotten). He said the anime itself was only 6 episodes because the creator died during it's production and stated they may be making more. There was a clip he postedalong with this that had a man that was wearing a suit that represented fish being targeted by the police of the city and then, all the sudden he started to beat all of ther @$$'s it was really jaw dropping?
