My first thought was that it was the Haruno clan symbol and that Sakura possibly placed a curse mark on him that prevents him from leaking private information about her (and team 7 in general). Just a thought, though.

TBH i think they are the seals because they don't look at all like the black ones these don't have a band going through the middle of them but it could be design i don't care just sayin

Well thats because it's RSM with full Kurama, the markings appear different and they glow orange like his stomach symbols because RSM. Also note ikemoto design this, not kishi. :elmo:
