the ancient Japanese myth of Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi, and Susanoo, where when Izanagi washed his face after escaping the underworld his right eye became Tsukuyomi, the Moon god. Interestingly, as Tsukuyomi is the Moon, he is also associated with the passing of time, and at times cited to be the God of Time (or at least of the calendar), fitting the genjutsu's ability to alter the perception of the passing of time.

susano'o is the combination of amaterasu(yang)and tsukuymoi(yin)

MS(Both eyes) possibly can awaken PS but because of MS have drawback when used extensively, no one ever achieved PS from MS. EMS boast MS power.

In Kakashi case, Six Path chakra boast his DMS eyes power. Thats how he can created PS.

Kishi ****ed up big time giving Kakashi a PS, considering that Susanoo was said to be a "rare condition".

Seriously, that was one of the few thing that really pissed me off during the whole series. Kakashi didn't even have EMS or Rinnegan and out of nowhere he pulls out a ****ing PS? If it was a normal susanoo it would be a little bit less worse, though.
