This post encompasses an S-rank mission containing the following storyboard elements:
The most important part of a grab’n go was crowd control. After all, the point of hunting was to catch the prey, not to scare it away. Thus the word of the day was ‘quickly,’ which doubled as an apt description of the way in which the Brothers poured onto the town’s boardwalk and started snatching everyone within arm’s reach. People were thrown to the ground and put in manacles before they could muster a word of protest. However, after the initial shock wore off the panic set in and this came with a lot of screaming and running, both of which would warn the rest of the sleepy settlement.
“I want whole men and women,” Hawke barked to be heard over the ruckus. “Leave the children for last!”
His men threw themselves into the task with vigor. It was inspiring to see the energy with which they tore children from their mother’s arms and beat the ever-loving shit out of anyone who dared to resist. Hawke trailed the snatchers, examining their prey to determine who needed extra fastenings. Manacles were all well and good, but some of the youngsters in particular looked better wearing a failsafe or two. A well-placed chop to the neck and a tag on their backs was all it took; an efficient process that quickly cleared out the walkway behind the scalpel-like precision of the Brothers. Before long only they and their Dear Leader were the only ones left standing on the raised wooden platforms. Hawke addressed them all as they prepared their prisoners for transport, shouting to be heard over the sounds of panic that grew louder inside the town proper.
“Stick to the plan and take the ships!” he howled, waving Dark Sister at the four larger vessels besides their own that were moored at Sarkar’s piers. They were splitting up, so Hawke sheathed his weapon and quickly made for a stone arch that framed the paved walkway into the heart of the settlement. Behind him the Brothers gathered up their bounty and made way for the ships under the frightful eyes of the sailors still onboard.
Hawke emerged into the waiting arms of a haphazard last stand type of ambush, which incidentally happened to be the town’s first stand as well. In the central square a pair of youngsters with headbands he did not care to identify came at him with all they had. Even having removed his leg weights before the attack he still just barely barely managed to step out of the way of a vicious swing of the male one’s katana before a ball-sized bullet of water hit the spot he had just moved to. It connected harmlessly with Hawke’s outstretched fist now covered in stone, drawing a sneer from the female one as she drew her own weapon and charged.
Hawke brought his arm dawn to block an upward swing from the boy, but it was a feint as the kid withdrew at the last second and then stabbed at the older fighter’s exposed midsection. The lad never got to finish as a small rock blasted from Hawke’s open palm cracked against his cheek and nearly spun him around. The girl saved him from a follow-up heavy haymaker when a quick one-handed seal saw her spit a pressurized jet of water between the two combatants, forcibly separating them. It allowed the boy time to recover as he quickly sheathed his sword and then unsheathed it again, blurring towards Hawke in a burst of speed that betrayed some level of Samurai training. Once again his blade did not connect, foiled this time by a greenish blast of wind that struck the boy hard in the chest and sent him stumbling backwards. It served to distract Hawke however, opening his flank up to a diagonal slash by the girl, her blade now coated in a buzzing, bluish sheen. The blade would go through his legguards like butter, so a quick skip back into a pivot off of his left foot allowed him to twist his body and spin away from the path of the slash, letting the girl’s unmet momentum carry her headfirst into Hawke’s back kick. Two teeth went flying as his heel cracked against her cheek and the girl herself went the same way.
“Ya know,” Hawke intoned as the dynamic duo staggered back on their feet, both in obvious pain. “I really thought bein’ this tall would’ve made me slower, but it’s just like I’m a bigger me.” He looked down at his now almost affectionately dubbed shovel-hands with something akin to amazement and then grinned as he looked back up at the two fighters. “D’ya know I only weight like five hundred pounds? They tell me I’m s’posed to weight more than three times that.”
The boy interrupted his musings as he charged towards Hawke, re-sheathed sword gripped firmly by the hilt. He yelled out a challenge to Hawke, who met him mid-way with a charge of his own. Steel stuck steel with a loud ringing sound as the boy’s sword struck Hawke’s gauntlet, only this time it was not wind or stone that struck him. A piercing scream stabbed at his ears as the blast of fire struck the kid in the face, sizzling away most of the skin in moments. His screeching wails spurred the girl into action, closing the distance between with her sword held high, though it really only reached Hawke’s navel. She was distraught and let her emotions get the best of her. Hawke feigned a left hook but cracked at least one rib with a swift right kick. One blast of electricity to the back of the head later and she was distraught no longer. The boy, still screaming, received the same treatment.
Hawke looked around the square, spying several pairs of eyes peeking through drawn blinds and curtains. It always amazed him how so many people simply sought refuge in their home, as if the lock on their front door would make a difference. He walked up to the nearest door and blew it in with a blast of concentrated heat that turned it into a wooden firebomb as it crashed against other furniture inside and spread the flames. That process he repeated at every door in sight until self-preservation won out over fear in the minds of the city’s dwellers. They came out hollering, with buckets of water and enough tears to refill them as they tried to stop the growing blaze. One lucky family got it under control, only for Hawke to whip another blast of fire onto their roof and starting the process all over again.
None of them tried to stop him until a lone figure stepped out of a nearby alley, Half-bathed in the flickering light of the flames it was hard to see their features clearly, but there was no mistaking the telltale look of ninja gear, worn by a shapely woman no less. Her voice called out sharply, deadly serious.
“Whoever you are, you’ve killed my childr-“ which was as much as she managed before Hawke’s oversized knuckles, stone-covered for that extra oomph, made a permanent ridged imprint on her face and sent her flailing body rocketing into the side of a nearby building. Her corpse slumped down against its side like a ragdoll, spilling pinkish goo onto the pavement that gathered around her in a small puddle. The display got the attention of the townsfolk who stopped dead in their tracks, staring at Hawke and his victim with looks of abject horror. Never one to miss an opportunity the grizzled veteran took to the metaphorical stage quickly.
“I am Garrett Hawke!” His introduction boomed across the burning courtyard. “My men have taken the ships at your dock, and I have killed your guards. Your lives belong to me now. Obey my word or die.”
One woman began to cry, so with a burst of speed Hawke closed the distance between them in a flash and hoisted her up by her neck with one hand and squeezed. The man beside her was knocked unconscious by a just due right jab when he protested and before anyone could join the unrest Garrett threw the girl on the ground and addressed the crowd again.
“You’ve had your time in the sun. Now it’s time to work for a purpose. Submit or I’ll tear apart your city, your children, everything you care about!” He underscored the threat with another blast of fire that set a nearby roof ablaze. “Submit and I’ll spare the young and old, or watch helplessly as I slaughter them in front of you.”
The Brothers began to pour through the stone archway and into the courtyard. They went to work with ruthless efficiency; fanning out to subdue and bind the nearest captives they could see. Hawke watched the process in silence, only broken once by a whiner who promptly had his tongue removed and mouth gagged. Shackles clanked and men moaned as manacles chafed their hands and feet. Hawke each and every one of them, applying a sealing tag to those who still had fire in their eyes. The Brotherhood could do without a riot on the boats once they had set sail.
Nobody else tried to run, so true to his word Hawke left all over fifty and under ten, which made for quite a tear-filled, emotional scene as the Brothers loaded their captives onto their new fleet of boats. They were secured in the hull in groups of four, chained to posts and given a few blankets before the cargo hold was sealed. The old and the young stood wailing on the piers as the Brothers set off, framing blaze that was devouring their town in the background. There were more than fifty of them, enough that there might be more to return for in a few years. Hawke filed away the thought absentmindedly. The Brothers had taken nearly two hundred captives. Now it was time to take them home.

(Katai Omori: Doroppu) Leg Weights: Drop
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: The user stops, bends over to reach his legs and unstraps his leg weights, dropping them to the ground. As a result the user gains a varying boost to his running speed and to all his Strong Fist Kick-related moves. However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nullified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on each other.
Note: This can be used for either canon Leg Weights technique.

Rank: B-Rank
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: A basic sealing technique where the user places one or more tags either directly on a target or on a technique which is restraining it. As its placed, a sealing formula spreads around the technique or the target, sealing it. This technique has been seen used with Sand ninjutsu, Earth, Water, Wood, Cloth Ninjutsu, etc but basically any technique in which you can apply the tags can be used. In the case of expert ninjas, the tags might even be incorporated into the restraining technique, with no need to actually manually place the tag or tags. Additionally, less experienced ninjas can find that throwing one or more kunais with the sealing tags attached at the technique which will trigger the same effect when the kunais stick on the technique. This prevents the target from moving, molding chakra or even being summoned.
Note: The seal takes a while to form, so most opponents can either counter the restraining technique (thus preventing the sealing formula of taking effect) or rip off the tags from themselves negating its effects entirely. If the target, however, fails to counter the restraining technique or is counter to it fails or if he doesn't remove the tags in his next move, then the seal will fully be placed and the target unable to release himself.
Note: This technique is specially designed to be used on summons and Edo Tensei Summons but will work on any opponent except Jinchurikiis.
