sorry it took so long to respond I have been busy.
I dont think you can use 4 pillar prison to defend agianst binding nest, the tree would just grow around the prison and trap you. and you wouldnt be able to use reat forrest technique because you are trapped inside the prison you made around yourself

Its all good. get on youtube and look up Yamato's specials from the naruto games, that will help you visualize what they look like. get creative, I use the wooden pillars all the time to bind, travel on, or hit people.

yesterday I fought rei
she threw a paper bomb at my clones feet while he was running, so he did somersault, grew wooden poles from his hands, which launched him into the air away from the paper bomb, and when he flipped he tried to smash the wooden poles into her
