As you sidestep and motion to slice down my shoulder, I twist my body to my right, slightly, while bringing my left arm over my right arm, placing my left blade between your Shine-Tsu-Hiko and my shoulder, and forcing it upwards. In such close proximity, and tension, I cross eyes with you, expecting playfulness, but finding determination. All four blades should connect, in a show of strength. Who's stronger?
When both the katana and the Right Kagutshuchi connect, I spread lightning through it, from my index fingers. All linked, the lightning from my fingers should follow through my blade and yours, and enter your body directly, paralyzing you whole, as I push you away from me down to the floor.

The lightning is something that comes directly from your counter, and happens as soon as the swords connect. The blocking of your Shine sword and the eye-exchange is the distraction, as it forces your attention to me and away from my extended hand, not that the lightning is all that noticeable.
