is the sword of totsuka slow because so far is only hit 2 people

orochimaru didn't dodge because he dint know what blade it was and you cant kill him with a psychical attack

nageto who was slow due to his health and was being control by kabuto

if the blade was faster itachi would just use it all the time

so is it slow?

no, ur just wrong. there's no point cuz itachi can kill just as easily with other techniques. it's just that he doesn't kill when unnecessary. and he used it cuz there was no other way to beat those guys once and for all but to seal them away.
oh and dude don't excuse them just because they didn't the sword or were controlled Nagato actually wasn;t controlled. he was just told to fight

Both time's Itachi has Sealed someone with the Sword was Via Surprise attacks.

Oro didn't know itachi had the sword, so he wouldn't be worried about getting Stabbed or Hit by any sort of weapon.

Nagato's vision of Itachi/Naruto/Bee was Blocked By the Smoke/Dust from them Destroying CB, Giving Itachi the element of Surprise, Plus Nagato had bad Mobility
