Sword of Nunoboko easily. The only reason why it got fodderised was because the sword is linked to the wielder's resolve and emotions. Obito was having second thoughts and emotions were conflicting, therefore the sword shattered. However, if someone with a strong resolve like Madara was wielding it, then GG NV. Lol. Totsuka is nothing more than a sealing blade that can easily be absorbed, and was gone before it had to chance to be lol diffed by something else. Hag used this sword to shape the f***ing planet. Where's the common sense here?​

My thought is

Sword of Nunobuko hold vast amount of abilities, its because this sword is used to create or shape many thing and also can be say that this sword can destroy many thing as its made from Yin-Yang elements plus other Nature elements.

While

Sword of Totsuka only hold the power to seal anything it pierce that is all.

That is mean for me the versatility and usability goes to Sword of Nunobuko

Nunoboko is sword of soul, so it's power is depending on the wielder.
the stronger will the power it seems.

However in my opinon, both are not fully explored,a although indoublty Totsuka has better feats and that what determine it winner.

However, hype and potential I agree with Apex. Just to add my few cents. Totsuka isn't destructive weapon but just sealing, while nunoboko made of goudama would most likely carry impressive destructive power as well, although originally it was created to create lol.
