I was just confused cause the way you wrote it, it sounded like you began the slash in the previous move. Just wanted to clarify it. xd
Using the Samurai art of Iaido, in what seems like the blink of an eye I swiftly rip the katana out of the sheath and swing it upwards at the incoming horizontal slash, deflecting it and leaving you open. This is immediately followed by a horizontal slash across your arms and chest that slices through the tendons of your upper arms, rendering your arms useless as the cleaver sword drops to the ground. I then casually flick the blood off of my sword and re-sheath it.
