Sword biting they say

I unsheathe my sword and run towards the first on..
I simply jump up and swing my arm, finishing him off with a vertical slash.

I move towards the second one, and I slice him in half with a horizontal slash.

I walk upto the third one, and simply lunge into his stomach.

I simply throw my sword at the forth opponent and kill him.

After picking up my sword, I rush at him, and perform a double cross slash, damaging him.

Next I do all the steps again.

I think, I'd side-step. Or maybe move a step behind to dodge the attack.
After that, I can counter his attack.

I take out my sword in my right hand, wait till he is about to make his swing. At the exact moment he attempts his strike, I simply twist my body 180° to the right, while side-stepping to the left. As his sword passes from my side, I elbow him on his face with my left elbow, hurting him. As he's hit by the sudden attack, and is taken by shock, I lunge into his stomach, piercing the blade into him.

What are the main chakra natures that you can channel through your blade?

I'd say wind and lightening.

Hit one rock with lightning blade and the other slightly after with a wind blade.

 

[Flash]

I stand still as I keep a firm grip over the hilt of my sword with my right hand, which lays in its sheath.
The moment you throw the rock, I channel my lightening chakra into it and with a swing, I unsheathe my sword to put it against the incoming rock, to destroy it.
I stop channelling my lightening chakra and instead channel my wind chakra. I quickly swing the blade over my head to protect me from the incoming attack as it breaks the rock into two, falling on my either side.

#3 What is the most effective offensive technique to hit a targets organ?

 

[Flash]

To target an organ, say heart, I'd perform a lunge at his chest, to pierce through his defence. Cuz a slash has a wide area of damage, but it won't have the depth that lunge offers.
