ok this is my anime review for sword art online, it contains spoilers so here we go
Gosh where to begin.
ok for the first few episodes i found myself engrossed in a enriching plot with interesting new characters, and a beautiful world to explore. then the series took a nosedive passing off action and suspense, for petty love stories. When the action returned it was almost immedinately disgraced by more romance.

however the series picked up close to the halfway point. if the series had ended on 14, i would probably place the tv series at 7/10, it was talented beatiful and had a pretty nice plot.

now for part two which in my opinion was just dumb, i am sorry. from cousin loving, to weak timid boneheads, to ingoring nearly every character from part 1 and giving them a bit of screentime from part 2 really pissed me off.

part 2 was pretty much unnessecary and mainly served as fanservice for the fans that like tentancles, rapists/molestors, large sword explosions.

combining parts 1 and 2 together would give the series a 4/10 if i was being gracious.

the best parts of this series was.
1. the intro, the first episode was so beautiful and well done i have to give it praise
2. the episode where Kirito was with the first guild, it was nice and beautiful
3. Kirito defeats the Cardinal at part 1 it was epic and heroic
4. the fight choreography, got to give it props.
the worst parts of the series were
1. the second half, at least the majority of it
2. Kirito's cousin
3. the fanservice
4. no lack of plot for the second half
all in all part 1 i will watch again, but part 2 i would never be so stupid to watch it again. it wasn't the worst show i have watched, Appleseed rivals that one, i couldn't even bring myself to continue the series after episode 4.

despite all of this i do give props to Liz, she is a role model to alot of people she swallowed her feelings for Kirito, and was the bigger person, i definetly feel that that role should be imitated in real life.
