Switching Places! Would Kakashi be a good villian or Would Obito be a good sensei?

Kakashi as a villain would be interesting but I don't know his level depending on the conditions.
As for Obito he would be weaker as a sensei because all he would have in power is his uchiha born powers, maybe mokuton depending on your story.

He would lose all the techniques Tobi picked up from Madara and will most like reach a low Kage level at best.

Every thing in the manga and show was orchestrated by plot--Naruto, Sasuke, and every other character won and lost due to plot reasons. If Kakashi was the villain, Kishimoto would have made him more durable and gave him more flexibility to do more with the techniques he has. That's being logical.

with that logic we could say that saskura would be a strong villain when we all know the answer to that.
