Been swimming 4 times a week in the past 1 month, I ve already seen big changes in my body and body strength. I highly
recommend to you to start doing this sport, it benefits yourself both physically and mentally. It also helps people with musculosceletal issues. I used to feel pain in my waist due to sedentary life and it's all gone, plus my body looks much better.

Yes swimming helps your body a lot but I can't swim.

I love swimming lol, I didn't even take classes and I learned. It's fun as hell!
