I bite my right thumb drawing blood from it. I then walk towards the contract and reach over and sign "Ciberr" on the contract. I then point at my left shoulder.
Do i get all the summonings and techs for them ?

I turn away from you, freeing up my range. I then swipe the already bloodied thumb across the new tatoo on my shoulder. This causes multiple locus to be summoned around us. They begin to fly around and start flying towards you, the locus king xD

I bite the finger again causing blood to gush out of it recklessly. I then wipes across the bloodied tatoo area as before. This time injecting a lot more chakra into the wipe causes a poof of smoke to appear. This summons a cluster of 100 small locust. They swarm around me in circles, before they fly towards you again and land on you.

Summon a swarm like this one. These guys are pretty handy for traveling, fighting, anything really. They can even clone themselves and make an even bigger swarm.

Alrighty.
This time i raise my right hand towards my arm again. I then begin focusing a large amount of chakra into my hand. This allows me to swipe it across the tattoo summoning 500 locust eight inches in length that appear from a poof of smoke. I then command the locust to form under me floating me into the air. They raise my high enough to stand parallel next to you.

Awesome. You know, you can make them perform a sound-based genjutsu too. Just hum a tune and they'll join in by making their own sounds. Whoever hears it sees only locusts flying around them.
