So I just found which uses certain techniques in order to increase video framerate, up to 60fps. It makes poorly animated episodes better and I even tried it with 375 and that became amazingly fluid.

I've tried that before but I didn't like it much. It uses too much resources and gives the "soap opera" effect which makes the video look weird to me.

If you want the best experience watching movies/Anime I reccomend using the following:

1) . (x86 because MadVR isn't 64-bit)
2) video renderer.
3) for decoding. (You can skip this if you're using the integrated one in MPC-HC)
4) for AV syncing.

MadVR gives the best picture quality you can ask for but you need to learn a bit about its scaling algorithms.

Also, make sure you switch your display to the correct refresh rate.
