I actually want Kabuto to be the final villain, I don't know about anyone else but he is way more villainy (made up adjective instead of the noun form) than Madara IMO.

Madara has these ulterior motives, like peace and trying to see his way clan get some revenge when Sasuke finally fights Naruto. He wanted that fight to happen. In a weird way I think he is doing this all for that fight. One final attempt to see which is superior, Senju or Uchiha.
