Hiruko from Movie 3 in my honest opinion think he could have been a Ootsutsuki. That and his chimera technique was a really op power to have in the entireverse!

I'm not denying it was asspull but I don't think you understand when I mean by everything was planned out.

This guy even had 'truth-seeker orbs' and Kaguya's background is like a twist of his (Trying to create a Utopia, but revealed to be a tyrant) The whole Gelel energy could be paralleled to Natural energy
