Sasuke didnt acually win, infact he was tricked. Killerbee made it look like sasuke defeated him, and sasuke thought he captured the 8 tails. It turned out to be a tenticle clone.

Idk about this one,
Bee could go full beast and Sasuke could use amateresu. But lets not forget that bee did trick sasuke and im sure he would do this again to lariat him for the win.. And im sure bee would throw his sword in front of amateresu to block it. Im pretty sure also that he would have remembered the pressure of amateresu from fighting Itachi.

But you have to reconsider that Sasuke is known to whip out amateresu and susanoo instantly now and spam it. Also he probaly has tricks up his sleve as well.

So it can go either way in this fight. Bee or Sasuke could win, it depends on who out smarts who first.

Ameterasu is much faster, bee does have to charge up for that move. Sasuke doesn't he just has to use susanoo and spam bee..
