I do not think a Regular Susanoo can prevent Genjutsu , it is probrably a Susanoo formed with the Powers of the Rinnegan that can prevent Genjutsu

Itachi and Sasuke's fight with Kabuto shows them being caught in Tayuya's Chains of Fantasia

And i think even Sasuke's Susanoo can be sealed , with enough power and skill

Madara broke through the Sand Seal because it is too weak for it

that was a seal using the chakra of a bijuu so it's clearly not weak (unless you are saying that susanoo v3 is stronger than a bijuu). it broke out because of it's special powers
