Meh. Pedophilia is a VERY real problem in the US (as well as many other countries across the world). And quite frankly, a guy getting all hot and bothered (especially to a CARTOON nonetheless) over a little girl makes me want to do very, very illegal things to said guy.

Regardless, if she by chance had a fully awakened 3 tomoe sharingan, she could easily awaken her Mangekyo via killing her closest friend. You can literally get stage 3 sharingan and then your Mangekyou within minutes of acquiring it, if you fulfil the requirements.

But a kid who has literally no enhancements except for an alleged Sharingan sure as hell can't start using the MS' power when they're 12. And she's around Naruto and Hinata's kids age, so she's definitely 5-7. No kid has a chakra pool that big.

Age does not equal ones ability to use abilties. Look at Haku. How old was he and he had full, complete use of his kekkei genkai? And not to mention Kakashi admitted he would have gotten wrecked by Haku. Age means nothing. It's all in your genes and whether or not you're a natural born prodigy (Itachi... Neji... Kakashi... Madara... Hashirama... Minato...) and/or if you're one hell of a hard worker (Lee, Guy, Naruto).
