Its a fact that Gaara can literally pull Itachi out of his susano'o as he did with madara, its also a fact that his sand can block amaterasu and not get burned, he can use his third eye to avoid tsukoyami imo, as far as Susano'o he is capable of beating it. If all else fails there is always this

FYI Gaara pulled Madara out due to Oonoki making the sand Extremely fast. Besides Yata mirror > All gaara sand attacks.

No its not a fact. Gaara only accomplished that because:
-Sand was already at Madara's feet.
-Onoki made his sand faster making it difficult to react.

Itachi can simply evade this tactic, not to mention there's no proof it would work on other levels of Susanoo

Gaara's sand was blocked by a defensive Enton Flame. Which burns slower than Amaterasu.

3rd eye is connected to his optic nerve so Tsukuyomi will still work.

Gaara can't beat Susanoo. That Sand Pyramid can easily be ripped apart by Susanoo. Even Joki Boy's explosion blew it up.
