Title explains it all. Yes we all know that Itachi's Susanoo defeated Orochimaru's Yamata no jutsu, but that was solely due to both the Totsuka blade and the yata mirror (weapons foreign to Susanoo).

Also note that Orochimaru expressed great confidence in defeating Itachi and taking Sasuke's body despite already losing 7 of his heads and getting stabbed through the chest.
