Susanoo Question

Does using a justu in conjunction with Susanno substantially increase a jutsu's power?
Reason:
Madara summoning Susanoo and then pulling two meteors from space
and
The improved scale of Sasuke's Kagetsuchi when utilizing Susanoo (normal chakra control length is about 5 meters)
What do you think?

Uchiha's are blessed with the Sage's chakras his could which is possibly a separate source from their own. Susanoo could be made utilizing this chakra and function as a direct outlet for this chakra.

I believe it could be a Rinnegan Jutsu because it just seems too OP for a normal EMS Jutsu.

It's most likely from using the rinnegan. When Nagato was controlling the pains he used a similar jutsu against sage naruto didn't he?
