sasuke and itachi have 4 armes too and they are the same size but itachi and sasuke are shown with only half of the susanoo body not with legs

Madara's susanoo is a giant monster with 4 arms and legs and can perform hand signs in combo with Madara.

Well if you look closely you can see that onoki's jinto is less than half of that susano'o body plus the fact that is has 4 arms and has legs makes it way different than sasuke's and itachi's.
