False. He used EMS in the beginning of the fight in order to use Susano'o back when Naruto's clone was still there. Then when Onoki and Gaara combined their jutsu to pull Madara from the Susano'o he used Rinnegan to absorb Naruto's Rasenshuriken.

Once activating Susano'o the very first time with EMS it's possible he can control it with Rinnegan active. Or it's possible with Rinnegan being a natural evolution of the EMS, it doesn't matter which he has active to go through Susano'o forms.

So again, he continuously switches between the two to use different jutsu. Mainly EMS now for Genjutsu so far. So OBVIOUSLY it's still not obvious whether or not he needs Rinnegan active to use the Perfect Form.

Also Susano'o has been shown to improve as the sharigan users eyes improve. with any tomoe of the regular sharigan it can't be used, with MS its only a skeleton and possibly slightly armored, with EMS its fully armored as we have seen with madara and saskue. Being that rinnengan seems to be the next step after EMS for Uchiha it would make sense that the perfect susano'o is available to madara because he has the rinnengan as seen that he activates it when he uses the perfect form.

I really don't care whether or not rinnengan is needed and i have no idea and the only person who does is kishi so quit being a doucher

Not really. It was obvious his previous form wasn't complete. I could tell because the armor around Sasuke's was not on Madara's. He's only completing what was incomplete. Naruto will be getting power ups too. Just be patient.

i think his power-ups are gonna come when he defeats tobi and takes control of all the tailed beast like the first hokage did thanks to his necklace

Well sasuke HAS to have a power up to match naruto right? Current sasuke would get owned so bad by naruto. He would lose in 10 seconds.

My guess is Sasuke's getting Rinnegan. Which I'm guessing will not only give him the rinnegan abilities, but enhance his MS abilities as well, such as powering up his Susanoo to the level of Madara's (I do believe Madara's perfect Susanoo wouldn't be as big or as powerful with just an EMS).

Again, Sasuke's & Madara's Susano'o are meant to be different. Madara's is that big because his has legs smh. Sasuke already has his complete form of Susano'o.

Itatchi doesn't have EMS but he's dead and revived by edo so he can't be killed by normal means, he has to be sealed or the jutsu has to be released. Running out of chakra would be a normal way of dying. all the edos have shown huge amounts of chakra, beyond what they had when they were alive. madara would probably run out of chakra in his fight with kages with all the huge attacks he's used, kishi said in a interview that edo deidara could potentially just keep reusing his explosion jutsu because he would just heal and regain all his chakra

So since Itachi has an almost unlimited source of chakra because he's dead he can use his susano'o at the same level as sasuke who has EMS.

Maybe that means Itachi can use the perfect susano'o too maybe he doesn't know about it

You're just really not making sense to me. The Susano'o of EMS is much more powerful than the Susano'o of a regular MS meaning even with him being an Edo, his wouldn't be more powerful.

Itachi ALREADY has the "PERFECT" Susano'o. When Madara said Perfect, he wasn't saying it was another form of Susano'o, rather that it was HIS Susano'o Final Form. Itachi showed his Susano'o Final Form against Orochimaru when he sealed him with Totsuka Sword. Sasuke's regular MS Final Form of Susano'o formed when he was fighting Kakashi before shortly disappearing due to Sasuke running out of chakra.

We saw the difference between that Final Form of Susano'o and his Susano'o when he gained the EMS and was testing the Final Form out on the Zetsu so in order for Itachi's Susano'o to truly be the way Madara's and Sasuke's is, he'd have to have the EMS.
