he can use PS therefore it is his.. it has a different form to sasuke.. yes kakashi may have observed sasuke in order to learn how to use it but that by no means insinuates that its sasuke's

It's using Obito's/Kakashi's chakra so it will obviously look little different compared to Sasuke's, but as far as I know it's the same colour and same sort of shape.

even Maddy has a similar version. Means Sasuke copied Madara's?

Madara's and Sasuke's Susano'o look nothing alike plus Madara's Susano'o is blue while Sasuke's is purple

Sasuke got Itachi's eyes yet he didn't get Itachi's Susano'o so why would Kakashi get Obito's?

I said he copied the ability to summon PS from Sasuke. The colour was purple that's why it confused Naruto, if it was a different colour he would have automatically knew it's not Sasuke's because he has seen both Itachi's and Madara's which they both have their own colour

Yes it is in fact Sasuke's Susano'o which Kakashi copied, you probably wanna know how I know this.

Read the panel where Naruto thinks Sasuke saved Sakura, Naruto thinks it was Sasuke because it was Sasuke's Susano'o same colour and shape as his. He then realises it's not Sasuke when he turns back and notices Sasuke is right behind him and shocked and confused as he is.

Naruto then cheers and says "they don't call Kakashi the 'famous' copy cat ninja for no reason" proving the fact Kakashi copied a perfect Susano'o.

He only got confused because he just asked Sasuke to use his s/to jutsu to save her and thought Sasuke teleported close and saved her with his PS. To Naruto there was no one else around who could use PS so he thought it was Sasuke unknown that it was Kakashi. How can Kakashi copy PS when he never seen PS formed with the Sharingan? You can only copy jutsus when they are being used so you can read their hand signs/body movement and chakra type. You also need to have the skill to use the jutsu you're trying to copy; you need katon nature transformation to copy fire jutsus. Kakashi has water, earth and Lightning and that's why he only copied jutsus of those nature transformations.

Sasuke stated only those with double MS can use Susanoo but we only seen then use it up to Final Susanoo so unless MS can access PS the Kakashi couldn't use it since he can't copy a jutsu until he sees it and have the skills to use it. Could be that those with MS would go blind before they could get to PS or Obito having Hashirama's DNA boosted the powers somehow but that's just guesses until Kishi tells us since I see Sasuke and/or Naruto asking Kakashi
