Susanoo is able to cast jutsus on his own?

yes it did form seals no it can't use jutsu on its own it can't even be there if there's no user, it needs a host so to speak

its hard to tell but the did form hand seals and made the magatama's but everything susano does is because of madara so not so much on their own like they cant act independatly but they seem to be able to perform jutsu

i agree madara is impressive all around and there was a debate a while back about if that was madaras complete susano cuz it had no armor on it and it never really came to a conclusion but if his susano get stronger then holy crap
