*DISCLAIMER: Dont if this has been stated today. IF it has, don't mean to copy anyone's theory.
To the people saying how can Madara use Susanoo without sharingan, it been done before.
First of all, Susanoo is the manifestation of the users chakra to form an ethereal warrior to fight for that user. It is achieved once a Mangekyo user can use both Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi (or an equivalent genjutsu.) After that users can use it without having sharigan.
This has been shown before. As a matter of fact the first time that we see Itachi use it he does not have his Mangekyo active
You see that both of Itachi's eyes are gone. He doesn't even have Sharingan active, let alone the Mangekyo, BUT he could still use his Final Susanoo with both its weapons.
So in conclusion, you dont need ur sharingan active while using Susanoo. It order to achieve it you need the sharingan and Mangekyou. In order to develope it through the stages (ribcage, incomplete,complete, final, perfect), you may need to keep using the Mangekyou. Once you have mastered it you do NOT need the Sharingan Active to use it. It can be called forth by using the user's Life froce/Chakra as a medium for the technique
