it's short ranged and his claws did a better job against kaguya, i think it will damage PS, but not destroy it

Who knows man who knows......we haven't seen its impact unlike Gai's punches, since it was countered by equally strong Kaguya........had he punched the ground or some weakling the impact would have been far greater. Its like a truck hitting another truck before hitting the wall will have far lesser impact than a truck hitting a wall directly!!
