Well yea, with Sasuke and Naruto it's more of a quality vs quantity kinda thing, even though the quality of Naruto/Kurama's chakra is good as well.

Sasuke explaination of it seems to imply that susanoo is an extension of his own body. And require come kind of celluar level chakra control. I think Sasuke is superior, the only other person in the manga who might be able to surpass Sasuke is Sarada should she use susanoo

In an actual fight probably, naruto obviously has more chakra with kurama but he also seems to use more chakra in his attacks. We also know sasuke is more efficient with his chakra. So more than likely in typical kishi fashion it would be equal kun:

But even standing still, the same principles should apply as if they were in battle. Naruto has more chakra so he uses more chakra, Sasuke has less chakra so he uses less chakra. Typical quantity vs quality portrayals.

Naruto's chakra reservoir is one of the largest in the entire NV. If they're having a contest just standing there who can maintain it, then Naruto would win, and he has incredible potency to his chakra considering how much his chakra pool has melded with the Bijuu + Hagoromo.

I don't think either is particular taxing to use though. That hasn't been an issue since early in the War.

Sasuke's chakra potency means he doesn't have to use more chKra, his chakra is strong to the point Naruto has to use more chakra to match Sasuke's attacks, it's always been that way
