do you guys remember that one time people argued whether or not sasuke achieved PS with EMS during the juubito fight? i do. we argued whether or not he achieved it because it was boosted by kurama's chakra. sasuke fans argued that getting more chakra doesn't make the susano evolve, so people had to drop it. i think that is now debunked now. susano does indeed evolve when more chakra is gained. in this current chaper, sasuke's PS evolved into a whole new form of susano as soon as he gained bijuu chakra.

i know he didn't have a chakra cloak, but he and naruto were combining the susano and BM. so thus they were achieving the same effect as the jutsu were combining.

This is very very very very true!!!! I am making a thread now and I said this inside it as well after watching the anime… I remember making a thread about Sasuke being boosted by Naruto's Kurama chakra cloak to make his first form of PS before SO6P gave him more chakra to evolve it again, but people just flamed me. However, now it is all coming to light that more chakra does in fact affect the appearance of Susanoo because Susanoo is the manifestation of chakra; in particular, YIN (spiritual) chakra.
For every chakra received, there is always Yin and Yang in it, so the Yin part will boost any yin technique and Yang will boost stamina, physical strength and life force (healing)

No they weren't Sasuke covered the BSM with his PS

i fully understand that he used susano as an armor for kurama. the fact still remains that in BM the kurama avatar can tranfer chakra to anything that touches it. remember when it healed gai and kakashi when they were inside it? the same can be said here. in the new chapter sasuke took in just the pure chakra of the bijuu and not their form. so of course it wasn't gonna be to the same effect as it was in the instance i am referring. the fact still remains that when sasuke and naruto did the kurama susano combo, that they were combining their powers into one. remember, you need senjutsu to harm a juubi jin. that means that naruto would have had to apply the power to actually harm juubito has sasuke had no senjutsu. since susano was covering kurama, we know that to be true.

the only reason it was bursting with chakra is because he had just received all that chakra from the tailed beast. also, it was a whole new level of susano that reacted a certain way that had lightning coming from it. just because when naruto and sasuke had combined their powers but it didn't erupt with all that chakra, doesn't mean it not using the same process. the only reason the transformation looked this way is because all the tailed beast chakra went into his susano.
