Showing how Kishi is keeping both Naruto and Sasuke's power levels somewhat equal. He said in an interview that he equally gives both of them powerups so they stay consistently equal in terms of power. Naruto is slightly higher than Sasuke right now but Sasuke still has a chance to get PERFECT SUSANO'O. I expect this to equal Naruto when he learns to PERFECTLY MERGE with Karuma, Karuma himself said that Naruto is not able to do this yet.

This theory would illustrate how kishi is planning on powering them both up continuously, plus adds insite to what the final fight between them might be:

THEORY: This thread is created to explain my theory that:


A) The potential of Susano’o Chakra = The potential of Tailed Beast Chakra.
B) Susano’o is ALIVE, and influences the thoughts of its user through Hate.*

EXPLANATION: By alive, I mean that although Sussano’o is controlled by its human user, it has the ability to have thoughts of its own. It is alive! The reason behind this theory is my belief that:

A) Sussano’o is the Uchiha version of the Tailed Beasts.*
B) Sussano’o is created through the pure hate of its user.


*Note: This is further elaborated by the fact that Kishi notes Sasuke/Naruto will always be somewhat equals, because their power is somewhat equal. This is shown also in Elder Son/Younger Son, Madara/Hashirama, etc.

A) SUSANO’O CHAKRA = TAILED BEASTS CHAKRA: On his deathbed, the Sage separated the Juubi into 9 Tailed Beasts with the ability of individual consciousness and REMOVED THE JUUBI HATE from their chakra. The “baby” tailed beasts were devoid of the original hate of the Juubi, and did not become hateful until they began to be controlled by humans. We all know that the tailed beasts are “alive” and think independently… and we have also seen from Dark Naruto that “Hate” is “alive” within the individual and has a mind of its own as well (elaborated later). Just as the Tailed Beasts are controlled by their jinchurriki but can also think independently of them, so is Sussano’o. These two forms of chakra/power/life (Tailed Beasts VS Sussano’o) are EQUAL in their representations…

B) SUSANO’O HATE IS ALIVE: Now a small note on why I believe the “Hate” in Susano’o is alive. First of all, it has been shown that all shinobi have a certain measure of “Hate” within themselves, more especially in Jinchurriki because of the life they are forced to live. When becoming a Perfect Jinchurriki at the Falls of Truth, one must learn to control and defeat the “hate” within themselves, and this is by design of the Sage. But as the Jinchurriki face the hate in themselves, they realize that THE HATE WITHIN HAS A MIND OF ITS OWN, IT IS ALIVE. I repeat, the hate within has a mind of its own, and unless you train at the Falls of Truth you never realize this fact.


But since the hate is truly a part of the user, almost every thought and action is replicated exactly, and this is why you cannot defeat “Hate” through your own might. You can only defeat Hate with Love, hence the symbolism. The shinobi never realize that hate lives within themselves because it is a part of them, so they never see it as a separate entity. But even Karuma noticed when “Dark Naruto” (Naruto’s Hate) was removed from his subconscious and asked, “Where is the real you” when they fought for the 1st time. Only at the waterfall does the truth show, that Hate is a separate entity that has its own thoughts-goals-feelings-aspirations, and until you try to separate yourself from your hate you never realize that there is a difference. In other words, the hate is “alive”.

SUMMARY: Susano’o is activated from the descendents of the Elder Son in the power of the Sage’s Eyes through Hate, and is even shown to “strengthen itself” through increased hate, as in the fight between Sasuke and Danzou. This initial hate was influenced by the Sage in the beginning when he was forced to choose a successor, the Curse of Hate, as Tobi has mentioned. The descendents of the Younger Son were destined to yield the power of the Tailed Beasts with the Will of Fire, through the power of the Sage’s Body. This is how the 2 Sons of the Sage of the Six Paths were born equally splitting the power/chakra of the Sage, but the Sage realized the potential for hate to manifest itself when he himself became the Juubi Jinchurriki, before his children were even born. This is why he could not die and allow the Juubi “as is” to return to the earth. He knew also that this “power” would eventually only breed the power of Hate, Hate being the original motivating force of the Juubi itself. In conclusion, this hate acts and thinks independently of its own “host”, and as proven in the paragraph above, “hate” is alive.

Therefore… Tailed Beast Chakra = Susano’o Chakra… Susano’o = Hate… Hate = Alive.

Since multiple people keep saying Itachi does not have hate, I wanted to add this to the Thread b/c I cannot mulitpost at my work computer for some reason.

1) EVERY shinobi has a degree of hate in their heart. This is proven by NARUTO, he is the nicest good hearted shinobi in the entire series, forget Itachi for a moment. If Naruto can be shown to have hate in his heart, every shinobi has hate to some degree.

So unless someone can PROVE to me that Itachi went to the Falls of Truth and removed all hate from his heart/soul, please tell me how Naruto can have a hate ("Dark Naruto") but Itachi does not?!?


The only way you can NOT have any hate at all inside of you is if you travel to the Falls of Truth and remove it. Please show me the manga where Itachi has already done this. If not.... #FAIL

Few loop holes:
1. Ur speaking of only sasuke's susano. Also if madara's susano is perfected does that mean madara's hate is perfected? As for ur Falls of truth part naruto still has his hatred, he just accepted that as a part of him but wld not let it control him. also if u see carefully u will see that thing that came out of the falls was an illusion, it tests if the meditator is fit to resist the influence of biju through temptation.
2. There was mlutiple susanos used by madara clones, so does living things multiply spotaneously?
3. Susano was melted and broken on occasions, how did they heal so qiuck (Infact instantly)?
4. The chakra cloak is merely the chakra leaking out of the sealing region in so inhuman amounts that the host's body can no longer contain it. The chakra cloak is not a living thing in itself.
5. Did sage fu**ed his wife after making calculations how the powers will be divided between his sons? They just happen to inheirit part of their power naturally. Also sage it is stated that sage split the jubi only so that it could not bother the world again.
6. Did ever any susano show free will?

1. Wrong. Karuma no longer sensed "Dark Naruto" inside of Naruto. Killer Bee also told him that you cannot perfectly control the Bijuu if you have hate within because when fighting the Bijuu it will use that hate against you. I am NOT saying that "hate" has a physical body dude. But "Dark Naruto" is more than just a "vision" he had at the waterfall, its an intricate part of him.


2. They are just Susano'o clones dude. Its the same as if Naruto created bijuu clones. And yes, there can be multiple clones and we all know the Bijuu have individual consciousness.


3. B/c Susano'os that aren't PERFECT are still just mere chakra cloaks. Even Bijuu chakra cloaks don't have the "mind" of the bijuu but the "mind" of the human user. I dont know what point you were making here.


4. I never said that the chakra cloaks are living things, maybe this is where we misunderstand eachother. I never once thought that the chakra cloaks that Jinchurriki have are the actual minds of the Bijuu, its just their POWER. And in Susano'o, imperfect versions are just the chakra POWER of the actual Susano'o.


5. I never said that the Sage f***ed mother Sage and purposely intended to split their powers between the two boys equally LOL. IT JUST HAPPENED THAT WAY, PLOT-NO-JUTSU. Please read the current manga page 5, Madara clearly states that the only equal power rival to Susano'o IS the Tailed Beasts. The tailed beasts are controlled through the body, Susano'o through the Eyes.

Ok instead of susano = hate what about to gain power in the uchiha clan you have to do evil things such as kill your closest friend. But yes I think the more hate an uchiha has the stronger they become.

Yes this is correct. I only used the term "hate" because it was used in the Manga when describing the power/curse that the Uchiha have had since the beginning of their clan. But you are very correct in saying this!
